3 stars for a cafe in general (especially considering that there are several great independent cafes in Santa Fe who make better coffee), but 5 stars as far as Starbucks go, since the chain has good quality control on food and drinks, so you know what you're going to get if you're familiar with Starbucks, and it's generally solid. This place has an easily-accessible location on Cerillos, with plenty of parking. It's probably convenient for those getting on and off the interstate. It's also nice that this location has long hours. The outdoor seating is nice, since the Latin is set far enough away from the road so as not to be noisy.

This is a great location, right on Cerrillos rd. always a safe bet for a great cup. The staff is always nice and welcoming, great selection of pastries and food. Nice drive thru although if you have a bigger vehicle iT may be a bit of a obstacle to concur LOL

Drive-thru Starbucks, but like many drive-thru Starbucks, the drive-thru line is pointless unless you are too lazy to unbuckle your seatbelt, get out of your car and walk twenty paces. Service here is okay. Everyone is trying to juggle the drive-thru and the walk-in customers and it slows everything down a bit. I ordered a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich and it wasn't properly heated. The sausage was still cold. Boo.

Disappointed w/ the service I just received. There were 4 ladies standing by the counter & I was the only one waiting in line to order. No one helped, I had to ask someone to take my order. Never had encountered this type of service from any Starbucks I've been to. This Starbucks does not deserve a star at all!!

Another disappointment from another Starbucks location. This time they asked me if I wanted my morning bun warmed and I said yes. When I got to the window to pay they reiterated you wanted your bun warmed correct? I said yes. When I got the morning bun it was cold. Starbucks has really gone down. I order a green tea lemonade from another location and they leave the lemonade out. I order a morning bun and I get a cake pop. And lately service at any location has been very slow - not every time but more often than not lately. So yes I will still go to Starbucks on occasion but I've been going about half the time I usually do. Now I'm on the lookout for new places and more local. Sorry Starbucks, I don't know what happened but you've changed.

Great location but the beverage I ordered tasted funny. I asked the barista and he said they filter the water but I don't believe it. Some guy with a backpack came in and blared heavy metal music from his cell phone on speaker for 20 minutes and the staff said nothing. And they were closed on Christmas, despite Yelp saying "open today." Meanwhile the nearby movie theatre, the Chinese restaurants and Denny's were all doing a booming business on the 25th. Why couldn't Starbucks be open?
